Depart from Miami: Start your journey from a marina or boat ramp in Miami. Miami offers various options for launching your boat, such as the Miami Beach Marina or the Crandon Park Marina.

Head southeast towards Biscayne Bay: Leave Miami and head southeast towards Biscayne Bay. This part of the journey will take you through the Intracoastal Waterway or the open waters of Biscayne Bay, depending on your preference and the size of your boat.

Navigate through Government Cut or Stiltsville Channel: As you continue southeast, you have two options to reach Key Biscayne:

Arrive at Key Biscayne: Once you pass through either Government Cut or Stiltsville Channel, you'll arrive at Key Biscayne. Key Biscayne is a beautiful island with stunning beaches, parks, and the iconic Cape Florida Lighthouse. Find a suitable spot to anchor or dock your boat, following any regulations or guidelines in place.

Key Biscayne offers several marinas and anchorages, including Crandon Marina and No Name Harbor, where you can access facilities and explore the island.
